Muslim Women Resource Center is currently licensed to provide homecare services for eligible clients in Cook County townships and the city of Chicago.
Immigration Program
MWRC helps individuals with low English proficiency and other challenges, while assisting with the attaining of U.S. Citizenship.
social Services
MWRC staff work with the Illinois Department of Human Services to break down language and cultural barriers and help clients identify and access benefits that are available to them through local, state, and federal programs.

Education Program
MWRC offers English as a Second Language (ESL) classes to low-income adult immigrants living on Chicago’s North Side. Our four day English classes are for Beginning and Intermediate-level students.
Community Care Program
Our interns are assigned to our After School Program and are engaged in a wide variety of educational activities.
Healthy Living
Healthy Living Programs are offered through a variety of programs and services. Some of the services MWRC offers include Hepatitis B awareness and education, Colon Cancer awareness, Women’s Health, Immunization Campaigns, Diabetes, CPR and First Aid Certification, Breast and Cervical Cancer prevention, and much more. Free health screening is provided through annual health fairs and community outreach activities.
